Return & Refund Policy

At Infraspares, we aim to provide genuine and suitable spare parts for JCB , excavator and other earthmoving machinery. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Policy Orders placed on Infraspares are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed or dispatched. Because spare parts may be procured specifically against an order, customers are advised to verify the product, part number, model compatibility, quantity, and other specifications before placing an order.
2. Exceptions In certain situations, Infraspares management may, at its sole discretion, consider a return, replacement, refund, credit note, or another appropriate resolution. Such consideration may include circumstances such as: Wrong product supplied by Infraspares. Product received in a damaged condition. Manufacturing defect identified in the product. Product materially different from the product ordered. Any other exceptional circumstance considered appropriate by Infraspares management. Approval of any return, replacement, refund, or credit is entirely subject to the discretion of Infraspares management.
3. Damaged or Incorrect ProductsIf you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery. You may be required to provide: Order number Photographs/videos of the product and packaging Details of the issue Other information required by our team for verification Do not send any product back without receiving prior confirmation from Infraspares.
4. Return Approval If a return is approved, our team will provide instructions regarding the return process. Products approved for return may be subject to inspection. The product should generally be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved by Infraspares. Approval of a return does not automatically guarantee a refund. Depending on the circumstances, Infraspares may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution.
5. Cancellation of OrdersOnce an order has been confirmed, procurement or processing may begin. Therefore, cancellation requests may not always be accepted. If you wish to cancel an order, contact Infraspares as soon as possible. Cancellation will be considered based on the order’s processing, procurement, packing, and dispatch status.
6. Refunds Where a refund is approved by Infraspares management, the refund amount and method will be determined based on the circumstances of the case.Any applicable shipping, handling, procurement, payment gateway, or other charges may be deducted where applicable.Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking/payment service provider.
7. Non-Returnable Situations Returns or refunds may generally not be accepted where: The customer has ordered the wrong part or incorrect specification. The product has been installed, used, modified, dismantled, or damaged after delivery. The product has been damaged due to improper handling or installation. The product is returned without prior approval. The product was specially procured or ordered specifically for the customer, subject to management’s discretion. The customer is unable to provide sufficient information or evidence regarding the claimed issue.
8. Management Discretion Infraspares reserves the right to review each return, replacement, cancellation, or refund request individually. The final decision regarding whether an order qualifies for return, replacement, refund, credit note, or any other resolution shall rest with Infraspares management. Management may make an exception to this policy where it considers the circumstances appropriate.
